Summary
Once the setup was completed, every single transaction was completed simply and quickly. In my opinion, there is honestly not a more straightforward system for collecting card payments from clients/customers. The one time I’ve ever experienced a malfunction, it was resolved by the company representatives w/in an hour of using the “contact us”chat feature on their site. I have found every aspect of their software 1000x easier to use than the one integrated into our new EMR system for collecting payments and viewing the financial information gathered.
